As a Director of 1st Impressions with Danielle Humphreys State Farm, you’ll be the superhero our customers never knew they needed. You’ll tackle customer inquiries like a pro, keep policies updated and organized, and help our community members navigate the world of insurance with ease—and maybe even a smile!

We’re on the hunt for someone who’s not just great with people but also has an eye for detail and a knack for multitasking. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone (or text) answering customer inquiries and sharing policy info like a boss.
  • Help customers make updates to their policies—because life happens, and we’re here to help them roll with it.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up like the rockstar you are.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, because organization is key (and because nobody wants to play “guess the policy”).
QUALIFICATIONS

  • You’re a people-person with amazing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You’ve got an eye for detail and can juggle tasks like a circus performer (minus the tightrope).
  • Previous customer service experience is great, but if you’ve got the right attitude, we’re happy to train you!

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
